Por último, polvilhe a canela em pó. Leve ao forno por mais ou menos 30m (depende do seu forno). Retire do forno, espere esfriar um pouco e regue por cima com o creme de leite geladinho. Polvilhe com um pouco mais de canela (caso goste) e leve ao congelador até esfriar e ficar geladinho. Aí é só se deliciar!</span><br />

Nesse caso , mergulhe numa tigela com água e não tenha medo. No momento ela irá ficar líquida, mas depois, no dia seguinte, ela terá assentado toda na base da tigela. Hora de escorrer a água e com um pano de prato seco, enxugar (literalmente) a goma. Depois, é só tirar os pedaços, e ralar ou mesmo esfregar na peneira para sair uma goma fresquinha e úmida. Coloque sal e proceda como ensinei acima.</span><br />

Retire do fogo e acrescente as gemas uma a uma , a manteiga ou margarina, e o sal. Mexa bem e acrescente as claras batidas em neve. Leve ao forno pre-aquecido por 20 minutos ou até enfiar um palito e este sair limpo. Retire do forno, espere um pouco e desenforme em um pano de prato úmido e deixe esfriar. Recheie e misture com metade do creme de leite. Espalhe pela massa reservada e enrole com a ajuda do pano. Leve à travessa e cubra com o restante do creme de leite e um pouco de queijo ralado. Se quiser pode levar ao forno por mais 10m , mas não é necessário. Depois é só se deliciar!</span></div>
